I ordered a vase for my sister and brother in law 50th wedding anniversary. I had it personalised it was perfect I am rely pleased with it and I must say what a great service they provide

I had amazing service from this company. I ordered 3 vases and 2 tankards, all with personal inscriptions on them.
The website said order by 4pm for next day delivery (I had left it a bit late!)- I ordered at about 0930, and had an email saying the items would go for engraving at 12pm so to check for any errors before that. Then an email to say they'd been despatched at 215pm, an email from dpd saying they'd be delivered the next day, and then an email from dpd the next day with a one hour delivery time slot! All went like clockwork, the items arrived when they said they would, were well packaged, engraving was perfect and items were good quality. Very pleased and would recommend.

So disappointed! Ordered and received a personalised plate (botanical feature). The design was supposed to fill the middle, as stated and photographed on their website. It did not and looks like it was made for a smaller plate! Reply from customer services - correct size, passed to web site design team ...... really ?

My order arrived but wasn’t quite right so I emailed about my query. The problem was sorted out the next day and a perfect replacement was sent out. The vase is lovely. I would just like to say thank you for the super quick response.

Received order but the second hand was loose in the pocket watch I emailed them and sent pictures as asked for and sent a replacement out ASAP and was very helpful and apologetic but was very quick and sorted the problem out would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family amazing products and great service thank you guys.
